You get a high-energy workout utilizing functional body weight movements and light to moderate dumbbells and kettle bells.
What to Expect
No time is wasted in our 45 minute classes. Our trainers will run you through a warm up, movement instruction and finally a highly effective and fun workout. You can expect a variety of movements such as push-ups, squats, lunges, rowing, running, kettle bell swings and many more as no movements are spared in your quest of fitness.
