Fundamentals for New Athletes
You’ll be participating in a small group or a one on one setting, focusing on correct movement patterns to ensure a safe and effective workout experience. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper mechanics and consistency.
What to Expect
Each session a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements, as well as review range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a short workout. You will get sweaty and you will have fun. Once you are competent in the movements we use daily you will graduate to our regular classes and get the full experience!
No prior experience required. This is great for beginners who want to learn and progress.
